Extend the warranty on the purchased KAMOKA part even up to 7 years

We have been taking care of quality of our car parts for years. We are certain of the products that we offer our Customers all over the world and therefore we give them a possibility of extending warranty on purchased parts even up to 7 years. A 7-year warranty is a voluntary warranty provided by the owner of Kamoka Auto Parts brand. In order to obtain it, a purchased product should be registered at www.7years.kamoka.pl/en within a month from the purchase date.

General conditions of 7 year extended warranty

7-year warranty disclaimers:

Warranty does not apply to the following cases:

  • OWGR7 normal wear and tear (GC7YEW normal wear and tear results from a normal exploitation of the vehicle provided that annual mileage does not exceed 10 thousand km)
  • vehicles used for commercial purposes or vehicles for special purposes, e.g. health service, special services, etc.
  • only the original purchaser of the part can be entitled to 7-year warranty; this warranty is non-transferable
  • products were installed incompliant with their intended use included in Kamoka catalogue available at www.kamoka.pl
  • the product was damaged due to improper assembly, use of improper parts or use of the vehicle in a way other than set out in manual provided by vehicle manufacturer
  • the product was prematurely worn due to repeated use of damaged assembly parts: standardized elements, covers, etc.
  • damages caused by the accidents
  • damages caused by using the vehicle in motor sports
  • damages caused by the lack of proper maintenance of the vehicle in which the part was assembled
  • vehicle was repaired without compliance to a vehicle repair technology; it especially relates to a rule of replacement of parts in pairs, replacement of cooperating elements and replacement of disposable assembly elements.
